To place an order, please fill out a
Quote Request below and an image of your design. If you have a digitized version of your logo (.emb or .dst file), please include that with your quote request. If you do not have one, we'll have it digitized in-house for a small fee. Once we have received your request and artwork, we will contact you with a confirmation and payment authorization. We require a deposit of half for every order. If your order is being paid by the school, we would need a signed purchase order from the treasurer to start the order and payment would be due at pick up.
Your order will be put on hold until all appropriate information is received.For embroidery, there is no minimum number of pieces. However, orders of less than 12 pieces may incur a minimum order charge for the actual product being ordered, not the embroidery.
Our standard turn around time is 7-10 business days from art and order approval. If you need an order done sooner, we may be able to meet your deadline. Please contact us or supply us with your latest in hands date when submitting a quote request.
If you need to add or cancel your order, please contact us right away. There are no guarantees that we can add or cancel the order. Once the order and payment is approved, we generally order the product right away. For cancellations, if you contact us before your order is embroidered, we may be able to stop the items from being stitched and send those items back to the manufacturer (any restocking and shipping fees back to the manufacturer will need to be paid by you). For adding to your order, please keep in mind that this will delay your order and can only be done if your order has not yet been embroidered.
The price for embroidery depends on the number of stitches in the logo and the complexity of the design. For a simple 1-color name on a left chest, the price would be $6.00. For custom logos, there is a digitizing fee and then the price for embroidery. Digitizing fees generally start at about $40. Please contact us with your logo for a quote.
