Here is how our process works:

• Screens are crafted upon retrieval of art proofs, which will require approval. Then, your artwork is separated into colors, and resignation marks are added and output onto the film used on the screens (mesh stencil). Each color in the design will have its own screen created. 
• Next, printing happens, where the garment ink is added and pushed through exposed portions of the screen, transferring onto the apparel using a squeegee. This step is conducted for every color in the design. 
• Then, we wait for the ink to dry once all of the colors are printed. The apparel is sent through a conveyor dryer, curing the ink on the fabric. This step is crucial because it keeps the design from peeling, cracking, or coming off when washed. 
• Finally, we conduct a quality assurance check when the ink is dried. We inspect each item closely, ensuring we do not miss anything. 

Pricing will depend on the garment color, ink color, number of ink colors, and quantity included in the order. Screen printing is conducted in-house, giving you a fast turnaround time at a low cost.
